Return & Refund Policy

WHOLESOME DIRECT Return & Refund Policy

Grocery items, some health and personal care items are not returnable, but may be refunded. Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Your order is returned to us due to a banned/restricted products policy, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees
  • Your package is returned to us as undeliverable
  • Your product is damaged

Refund Procedures

To enable prompt and efficient processing of refunds, please contact us at Customer support: info@wholesomedirect.com. You must contact our customer support within ten (10) days of delivery. _Once your request for refund is approved by our customer support we will issue a refund.

If a return is not required, a refund request will be processed in 5-10 business days. If your item qualifies as returnable, you will receive your refund within 5-10 business days of the time we receive your item, provided your item is in new condition, unopened, unaltered, resalable and a restockable product, returned with all original packaging, including accessories within 30 days of delivery.

We strive to deliver high quality products and thus consumable products may not qualify as returnable. To ensure customer safety and satisfaction we cannot accept returns of these type of products, as many of these items are perishable or have good-to-use-by dates.

Reminder*:   Customer is responsible for all shipping/ handling costs and a 20% restocking fee which will be applied to all returns. An item can only be deemed returnable, if we have authorized its return in advance. Any return arriving at Wholesome Direct, Inc. without authorization will be refused and NO credit will be issued. For international returns, you will be responsible for the brokerage fees, duties, and taxes that may be applied. These fees may be applied after the return has been completed
